Abstract The systematic treatment of Eupatorieae tribe (Asteraceae) in the Caparaó National Park, Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais, Brazil, was carried out. Identification key, descriptions, taxonomic comments, flowering and fruiting data, illustrations conservation status were provided for species. In total, 35 species from 16 genera 11 subtribes surveyed, highlighting great richness this forest formation mountain higlands national park. most diverse genus is Mikania (14 spp.), followed by Chromolaena (four spp). other are represented either one or two each. Twenty-one exclusive to Brazil four restricted Atlantic Forest. Three new occurrence meanwhile nine record Santo five Forest biome. Symphyopappus myricifolius an endemic Park highlands, M. additicia endangered
